Our fast standard production will have your order shipped within 5 business days of
placing if placed by 6:00PM EST that day. (Orders placed after are considered placed
the next business day.) Orders are considered placed when full payment info and artwork
is submitted. While production times do not include shipping times you can utilize our
easy-to-use calculator on the homepage to determine the exact delivery date of your
order. It calculates all factors to give you accurate arrival dates based on our business
dates. A business date is considered every day of the year excluding all Saturdays,
Sundays and the following national holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of
July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Alternatively, if you need buttons sooner than our standard 5 business day lead time
allows please feel free to contact us as we can usually ship orders as early as the same or
next business day after placing for NO additional charge when scheduling permits.

Artwork
-
While the ideal format to send artwork is Adobe Illustrator (.ai), Photoshop (.psd) or
Jpg you need not worry if you do not have these formats as we gladly accept any and
all formats and will convert them to the needed high resolution version free of charge.
In addition, we provide free graphic design in the case that you do not have artwork or
simply have questions or need changes made to it. We are your one stop shop!
All orders receive a free digital proof to approve prior to us printing to ensure your
complete satisfaction as well. These emailed previews usually arrive within 24 hours
after placing your order and can be changed free of change if you need them revised to
meet your specifications. Simply let us know what needs to be edited and we will make
the necessary changes for you.

While we strive to offer the lowest prices for buttons in the universe if you do find that
there exists another company that offers the same buttons for less contact us and we will
match or beat their total price, including Chinese factories! Simply have a verifiable
proof of their price and we will honor it. Please note that we reserve the right to verify
the price with the competitor, purchase the competitor's stock or otherwise disqualify this

purposes other than that which they were intended for, i.e. wearing on clothing are not
endorsed or covered by this guarantee.

We guarantee to ship your order to arrive by the delivery date listed on your signed art
approval or you can return them and get a full refund. Simply call us up and we will
arrange a pick up for you to return the items.
Please note that while we strive to deliver all orders on time we are not responsible for
the following circumstances which void the On Time Guarantee: Customer's payment
failing to authorize, customer's delay in approving their artwork, customer providing
the wrong shipping information, inclement weather or shipping company error causing
delays in delivery, acts of terrorism, acts by the federal or State government, other
customer errors

We guarantee your order will match the proof that you approve prior to printing or
we will rerun the job. If it is still not satisfactory we will refund your money in full.
Please note that for color discrepancies we can only match colors reasonably close as
all monitors, printers and systems display colors differently unless you provide specific
Pantone colors at the time of ordering. We cannot honor claims for color discrepancies if
Pantone colors were not provided.
- Approval Process

An art proof is provided for all orders within 24 hours after order confirmation and receipt of artwork. The
proof illustrates what the final items you ordered will look like. The art proof must be approved before
production can start. Once approved, the order will be put into our production line, the items will be
assembled and then shipped as soon as possible and within the time frame needed to meet the delivery date
confirmed at order confirmation.
The art proof must be approved by the time stated in order to meet the original delivery date that was
specified when the order was confirmed. Not approving the proof on time may delay the order delivery
date. Revisions to the proof are possible and done free of charge. In order to make a revision please
email art@buttonuniverse.com with your instructions and any new files if you have them. In order to
reduce errors a new proof must be made and approved for any revisions and no proof can be approved with
revisions pending as the proof is approved unconditionally as it was sent.
Once a proof is approved, the order cannot be canceled and no further changes can be made to the order. as
it will go into production shortly after.
- Pricing/Quotes

We work to keep our prices the most competitive in the button market. While we have a Lowest Price
Guarantee we also reserve the right to change pricing at anytime without any prior notice in response to
market conditions. In such a case though we will still honor all quotes already quoted for a period of no
more than 30 days after the quote was produced.
- Payment
-
ButtonUniverse accepts all major credit cards for payment, including Visa, MasterCard, American
Express and Discover. We also accept Paypal, wire transfer and prepaid check payments from customers
drawn in US dollars. Public institutions such as government bodies, schools, and hospitals may issue
P.O.'s (purchase orders) without the need for a credit application under Net30 terms. Organizations and
companies with excellent credit may also apply for Net30 terms but must be approved by ButtonUniverse.
Payments made by check to ButtonUniverse may be made out to ButtonUniverse and sent to us at 614
Ridge Road, North Arlington, N J 07031. Copies of our corporate W9 form for BLUETRACK, Inc. are
available by request as well. Individuals, election campaigns and resellers must pay by credit card, Paypal,
prepaid check or wire transfer.
- Tax Information
-
ButtonUniverse is headquartered in the State of New Jersey and therefore collects New Jersey Sales Tax
of 7% on all orders shipping to New Jersey or being picked up at our facility. Organizations with valid
tax exemption certificates must fax or email a copy to us for verification and compliance. Orders shipped
outside of the State of New Jersey will not be charged NJ sales tax and no sales tax will be collected by us.
Customers residing outside the United States are also responsible for any and all duties and customs
charges that they may incur and we have no ability to stop these. By placing an order an international
customer accepts all responsibility for duties & customs if they are charged them by their government and
cannot return the order on grounds of this. Failure to pay the duties & customs and therefore not get your
order delivered will not be grounds for order cancellation as the customer is fully responsible for the order
whether it is delivered because of their own actions or not.
- Cancellation
-
Confirmed orders can be cancelled up to the point that an artwork proof is approved. After that point no
cancellations are permitted. Returns are not permitted as the products are customized for your needs unless
they fall in the Money Back Guarantee program mentioned above.
ButtonUniverse reserves the right to cancel orders that it believes are fraudulent or otherwise harmful to
itself, its employees or the community.
- Packaging
-
Items will be bulk packaged in large plastic liners inside corrugated cardboard boxes for added protection
when shipping. We can apply tradeshow labels and any additional documents to boxes as long as needed
documents are provided prior to order confirmation. If those needed shipping documents are provided after
order confirmation, they cannot be guaranteed to be put on the packages. No packing slip will appear in the
boxes unless that is requested prior to order confirmation.
Orders can be split up in needed quantities and shipped to multiple addresses. For multiple shipments,
there will be a $10 fee applied for each additional box needed over the standard boxes used for the quantity
of items that were ordered when shipping to one location.
Our shipping department can drop ship orders “blind” as well, meaning they can enter in as the "from"
address any company name and contact information the customer would like. This service must be
requested before order confirmation.
- Over-runs/Under-runs
-
ButtonUniverse will fulfill your order in the quantity you requested. We will not ship or charge you for
any extra or lesser pieces that are produced than the quantity you confirmed with us when ordering. If for
any reason the quantity that arrives does not match the exact quantity you ordered, you can either keep
the extra pieces that arrived at no charge or we will ship out the missing pieces to you the same day the
shortage is realized.
- Trademark / Copyright / Intellectural Property

Customer agrees by placing an order with ButtonUniverse that they have the full legal right to use the
artwork they are providing and waive ButtonUniverse, BLUETRACK, Inc. and its employees of all claims
and liability against damages. Should claims be brought against us customer agrees to cover all expenses
in defense of said claim.
- Endorsements
-
Use of images, brands or artwork does not constitute endorsement by ButtonUniverse of those images,
brands, artwork or companies and use does not constitute endorsement of those brands, companies or
entities of ButtonUniverse. Customers agree to allow the use of their button artwork for marketing
purposes unless specifically requested at the time of order or anytime thereafter to not use such images for
which they will not be used.
- Safety
-
Pinback buttons contain sharp pins on the back and precaution should be taken when handling anything
sharp, especially around children and those with conditions that cause easy bleeding. Please use caution
and prudence in pinning any buttons on your clothing as there is always a risk of sticking yourself.
Customer agrees to take responsibility for any and all accidents resulting from the use of the pins by
themselves and those they give the buttons to.
- Warranty

ButtonUniverse takes pride in the quality of work we provide and warranties all buttons from defects
for a period of 12 months from delivery. This warranty becomes void if buttons are used for purposes
unintended as their natural use, which is to be worn as decoration on clothing.
- Limitation of Liability
-
Customer agrees to waive ButtonUniverse of any liability caused by its products for unintended use. In
addition, ButtonUniverse, BLUETRACK, Inc. and its employees are limited in liability to the total cost of
an order and not responsibile for damages caused the customer for missed opportunity, missed business, or
additional costs caused the customer as a result of failure on the part ButtonUniverse.
- Alteration of Terms
-
These terms and policies override any and all purchase orders terms by the customer. They cannot be
changed except with the written approval of an officer of BLUETRACK, Inc. Any changes to or removal
of part of these terms and policies does not void any remaining part of the terms and policies.
